We met a 70-year-old "young" guy called Sydney in restaurant. He was used to be a DJ and now is running an agency of organizing music and clubbing events in Stockholm. No smoking and alcohol all along, practice gym, appreciate oriental arts and kind to people, including "treating us dinners, what a surprise!" are probably the reasons for him staying young at heart and being confident enough to wear that pair of cool sunglasses. link
